DOES MY OFF-ROAD CARAVAN COME WITH AN OFF-ROAD WARRANTY?
Roadstar Caravans take extreme pride in the quality of tour build that we provide customers, and this extends to our warranty. We ensure that our warranty is fit for purpose, this means that if all guidelines are followed when using your caravan then your structural warranty will cover you. This does not include normal wear and tear, damage caused due to driver error etc.
IS ROADSTAR CARAVANS AUSTRALIAN MADE?
You can rest assure that every caravan made by RoadstarCaravans was wholly constructed in Australia. We are very proud to be made in Australia and have contributed to the Victorian economy through jobs and investment for over 30 years.
IS THE CHASSIS BUILT IN AUSTRALIA?
Roadstar Caravans have a stand-alone chassis factory that builds our chassis that has been operating for 45 years. We use BHP steel to ensure that the highest Australian safety standards are met, wee take our customer safety extremely seriously and therefore only work with the best suppliers.
ARE THE APPLIANCES COVERED IN THE WARRANTY?
Even though Roadstar Caravans has an extensive manufacturers warranty this does not extend to appliances. The reason for this is that the suppliers have their own warranty period in place, however many of our suppliers incorporate a three year warranty on their products.
